Video: Residents of Artsakh Reach Russian Peacekeeping Base, Set Up Tents

Participants of the rally in Artsakh have marched to the Russian peacekeeping base. They are preparing to present their demands to end the blockade of Artsakh and the humanitarian disaster.

The State Minister of Artsakh, Gurgen Nersisyan, informed the participants of the march that a few individuals will meet with the commander of the Russian peacekeeping forces stationed in Artsakh; after the meeting, he will return and present the outcomes.

Meanwhile, the protesters have set up tents near the base.

“We are here to convey the message of the people of Artsakh to the peacekeepers, that it is certainly not a friendly situation when Artsakh is under complete blockade, yet we see helicopter flights every day,” said the state minister.
