In Voronezh, a woman has reported that 12 million rubles from the capital repair budget have been spent on replacing elevators, while pipes in the building are leaking and it is full of other emergencies. This was reported by the SHOT Telegram channel.
The resident stated that the elevators are not the biggest issue in the house located on General Lizyukov Street. According to her, the building is 43 years old, pipes are leaking, water is flowing, and all utilities are worn out. They were supposed to be repaired back in 2016, but have not been fixed. In such a situation, someone decides to change the elevators for 12 million rubles.
The media outlet reports that during an interview, the resident was approached by police officers who seemingly exerted pressure on her.
