Photos: Forest Fires Erupt Near Turkish Bodrum Airport

A forest fire has broken out in the Dulkadiroğlu district of Kahramanmaraş, Turkey. Residents of nearby homes have been evacuated due to the potential spread of the fire, as reported by TRT Haber.

According to Cumhuriyet, the firefighting efforts involved two helicopters, 50 personnel, six water tanks, eight fire engines, and bulldozers. The fire has spread over approximately 2 hectares. Preliminary data indicates that no one has been harmed.

The air temperature exceeds 43°C. Milas-Bodrum Airport is located across the road and continues to operate, although some flights are delayed as per the schedule.
