Protest Near U.S. Embassy: Nagorno-Karabakh Residents Demand Meeting

Displaced residents from Nagorno-Karabakh are currently conducting a protest in front of the U.S. Embassy in Armenia. They recently spoke with representatives from the embassy to present the situation in and around Nagorno-Karabakh.

The demonstrators are demanding a meeting with U.S. representatives, who promised to organize such a meeting later this week. The protesters assert that if the meeting does not take place, they will return in even larger numbers to the embassy.

During their conversation with U.S. representatives, the residents reiterated that Nagorno-Karabakh can never be part of Azerbaijan.
