All Passport Services in Yerevan to Operate via Electronic Appointment System

The Ministry of Internal Affairs' Migration and Citizenship Service of Armenia has announced that starting from July 17, all passport services in Yerevan will transition to an electronic appointment system.

The electronic appointment system is already in operation at the Kanaker-Zeytun, Arabkir, and Mashtots passport departments, and as of July 10, it is also being implemented at the Central, Nor Nork, Malatia-Sebastia, and Shengavit passport services.

By July 17, all passport services in Yerevan will adopt the electronic appointment system for serving citizens.

After the full implementation of this system in Yerevan, the Migration and Citizenship Service will extend the electronic appointment system to the surrounding areas and major cities.

The online appointment platform can be accessed at migration.e-gov.am.
