Video: Over 1200 Vehicles Caught in Traffic Jam on Crimea Bridge
Due to adverse weather conditions in Crimea, the Kerch ferry operations have been suspended again. This information was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the region.
According to the agency, the ferry operations were halted on Sunday because of strong winds. “According to information from the Kerch maritime port, the ferry operations at the Kerch crossing have been temporarily suspended due to worsening weather conditions,” the statement said.
Prior to this, Crimea's Minister of Transport Nikolai Lukashenko announced that two large landing ships (BDK) had begun transporting vehicles through the Kerch ferry crossing.
Meanwhile, on the Crimea Bridge, over 1200 vehicles from the Kuban side are stuck in a traffic jam, with waiting times exceeding 5 hours, reports the Main Bridge Telegram channel.
