Targeted Movement of Equipment: Eraskh Factory Construction in Paralysis

The work of a metallurgical plant being constructed in Eraskh through foreign investments is in a paralyzed state, Tiran Hakobyan, the director of the constructing company 'GTB Steel,' informed Sputnik Armenia.

The reason is the targeted attacks by Azerbaijan on the plant. Despite the presence of American flags raised in the area, the Azerbaijani Armed Forces continue to fire at the facility regularly. On June 14, gunfire resulted in injuries to two Indian citizens working at the facility.

Hakobyan noted that the plant has been operating in a limited capacity for about a week. 'Any movement of equipment is targeted, which results in very limited operations,' stated the director. He also reported that the injured Indian citizens have been discharged from the hospital and returned to work.
