Israel Strikes Lebanon in Response to Rocket Fire

The Israel Defense Forces have targeted areas in Lebanon following rockets launched towards Israel. According to the IDF, two rockets were fired in Israel's direction today, July 6. The Jerusalem Post reports that Lebanese sources indicated the rockets were launched from southern Lebanon, with one landing in Lebanese territory and the other in a disputed area near the border.

The IDF also stated that Israeli forces have struck the locations from which the rockets were fired.
