Vardan Ghukasyan Claims to Be in Armenia; Investigative Committee Doesn't Comment

Vardan Ghukasyan (Dog) has released a video in which he announces his return to Armenia. Radar Armenia has sent the video to the Investigative Committee for comments, and they responded: "The Investigative Committee does not comment on such videos. A legal process has been initiated within the framework of the criminal case to represent him to the authority conducting the proceedings. When the accused is located and presented to the authority conducting the proceedings, the Investigative Committee will inform the public about it."
