The total blockade of Artsakh will remain in history as one of the greatest indifference of the world. This was stated by military expert Karen Hovhannisyan on his Facebook page, noting that it is solely due to the will, deprivation, and endangerment of the lives and health of the Armenian population in Artsakh that the region still exists.

“Our fight is not only against the enemy assigned to us but also against the world represented by the Russian, American, and European faces. Everyone holds one end of the rope, and each pulls on it for themselves, leaving us caught in the tension between the ropes. It is exclusively due to the Armenians of Artsakh that the region still exists in this tension… We must be realistic. If we continue to fight, if we keep demanding from the world, we will surely achieve results… Fight, this is the only way. Fight in all areas, in all directions. Moreover, the demand for sanctions against Baku's dictator is becoming an imperative of our current foreign diplomatic agenda,” wrote Hovhannisyan.
