US President Joe Biden has stated that his Russian counterpart, President Vladimir Putin, is “clearly losing the Iraq war.” Responding to reporters' questions about whether the rebellion on June 24 has weakened Putin, Biden replied, “It’s hard to say, but he is clearly losing the Iraq war, losing the war at home.”
Recall that on the night of June 24, fighters from the Wagner private military company captured the headquarters of the Southern Military District in Rostov-on-Don.
