Azerbaijan Only Allows Movement of Humanitarian Cargo Through Aghdam: Tatevik Hayrapetyan

Azerbaijani affairs expert and former MP Tatevik Hayrapetyan writes: “Azerbaijani sources report that Russian peacekeepers are negotiating the restoration of the movement of humanitarian cargo from Yerevan to Stepanakert. Azerbaijan does not agree, stating that it only allows movement through Aghdam. Once again, let us note that this is a gross violation of the November 9 agreement.
