Unprecedented Number of Russian Helicopters Entering and Exiting Artsakh

The newspaper «Hraparak» reports: “We have learned from our sources in Artsakh that an unprecedented number of Russian helicopters have been entering and exiting the region in recent days, amidst conflicting information regarding their purpose. Some believe that the Russian peacekeepers are conducting ‘peresmenka,’ while others insist that they are delivering humanitarian supplies, particularly medicine, to Artsakh, where the situation is worsening day by day.

Currently, bread is being transported daily from the bakeries in Stepanakert to shops in the districts, due to issues concerning fuel supplies. Farmers are also struggling to sell their produce by getting it to Stepanakert. Notably, the authorities remain silent in this situation, and everyone seems to be in a state of waiting.”
