Prigozhin's Nerves Gave In: Former CIA Director
Evgeny Prigozhin halted the rebellion because his nerves gave in. This was reported by former CIA director David Petraeus, according to UNIAN.
“This rebellion, although it received applause, did not garner the support he was expecting. Once again, he decided to strike a deal. He backed off,” said David Petraeus.
In the former CIA director's view, Putin has “shifted from his position,” making him more vulnerable than ever. While Prigozhin managed to save his life, he lost his group.
“And he needs to be very careful near the open windows in his new location in Belarus,” Petraeus added.
