Recall that during the night of June 23–24 in Rostov-on-Don, the forces of 'Wagner' captured the headquarters of the Southern Military District. Armed groups are moving around the city, and checkpoints are controlling the entrances and exits.

This has all occurred against the backdrop of Yevgeny Prigozhin's statement claiming that the Russian armed forces had launched missile and bomb attacks on 'Wagner' camps, a claim that has been denied by both the Ministry of Defense and the FSB.

A criminal case has been initiated regarding the organization of an armed rebellion against Prigozhin.
