Video: Wagner Fighters Begin Mining Rostov Streets with Anti-Tank Mines
The Wagner Group has started to mine the streets of Rostov with anti-tank mines, local media reports.
Footage shows Wagner PMC fighters laying anti-tank mines on the streets of Rostov.
Earlier, Wagner forces had blocked and captured the headquarters of the Southern Military District located in Rostov. Local residents are calling on the fighters to de-escalate the situation and to lay down their weapons.
