Reservist officers have embezzled 7.8 million drams following the 44-day war. According to the charges, members of the organizations "Veteran Freedom Fighters" and "Patriotic Suicide Bombers," led by former National Assembly member Ruben Gevorgyan, were involved in a criminal scheme to create fraudulent documents for numerous individuals claiming to have participated in the war.
