Gor Ter-Esayan, who killed his father-in-law, has been detained for three months
At the Yerevan Court of General Jurisdiction in Shengavit, presided over by Judge Artush Gabrielyan, Gor Ter-Esayan, who is accused of murdering his father-in-law Arthur Margaryan and is also involved in a case threatening the victim, Elen Margaryan, was detained for three months today, June 23.
Recall that Gor Hrachik Ter-Esayan, a former employee of the sixth department of the RA Police, shot and killed 47-year-old Arthur Margaryan in their home on March 19, 2020, while under the influence of drugs and alcohol, according to the victim's daughter, his wife Liana Margaryan. A criminal case was opened on the grounds of murder, but Gor Ter-Esayan was declared mentally incompetent and, after spending two years in Nubarashen Psychiatric Hospital, he found himself free again.
Liana Margaryan had released a video in which she reported that she was hiding from Gor Ter-Esayan because he was stalking and threatening her.
