Oxygen on Titan Submarine Will Deplete in Hours: Survival Chances for Five Crew Members are Minimal
The U.S. Coast Guard has announced that the oxygen in the submersible will be depleted today, June 22, at 7:08 AM (15:08 Armenian time). As reported by the Daily Mail, this means that the survival chances for the five crew members are minimal. However, authorities assure that search and rescue operations in the Atlantic Ocean continue one hundred percent.
It should be noted that there are five individuals aboard the Titan submersible: British billionaire Hamish Harding, OceanGate Expeditions CEO Stockton Rush, French naval veteran P.H. Nargeolet, and Pakistani businessman Shahzada Dawood with his son, Suleman.
It is known that some time after diving, the submersible lost contact with the operator ship. Earlier, reports indicated that the submersible exploring the Titanic had gone missing in the Atlantic Ocean.
