Unregistered Constructions in the Regions Built Until 2021 Must Be Registered with the Cadastre Committee

The Cadastre Committee of the Republic of Armenia reminds that it is mandatory to register constructions built in the regions of the republic until 2021 with the Cadastre Committee to legalize them, in accordance with the registration procedure established by the government.

It is noted that registration must be carried out within the following deadlines:

• For unregistered structures in urban communities — by January 1, 2024,
• For unregistered structures in rural communities — by January 1, 2025.
