One of the Injured in the Tragic Car Accident in Lori Province Has Died
The identity of the deceased and injured from a tragic car accident that occurred on June 13 in Lori Province has been clarified by the Lori Regional Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of Armenia. According to shamshyan.com, 24-year-old Tatul Koshyan from Lori Province was driving a Volkswagen, while 63-year-old Norair Petrosyan, also from Lori Province, was driving an Opel Zafira.
As a result of the accident, driver T. Koshyan died at the scene, while passengers, 25-year-old Seriozha Koshyan, 27-year-old Karapet Papikyan, and driver N. Petrosyan were transferred to the Vanadzor Medical Center.
On June 18, a notification was received at the Bazum Police Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Armenia stating that N. Petrosyan had died in the hospital.
It is worth recalling that a major car accident took place in Lori Province on June 13. At around 14:30, in the administrative area of the village of Lermontovo, the Volkswagen Vento and Opel Zafira vehicles collided on the Vanadzor-Dilijan highway at the 11 km mark.
