Landslide in Byjni Village Falls on Tractor and KamAZ Vehicles, Two Injured

On June 20, at 13:22, a call was received by the crisis management center of the Kotayk Regional Rescue Department reporting that a landslide occurred on a tractor and KamAZ vehicles near a canned goods factory on 1st Street in Byjni Village during construction work. There are two injured individuals.

This information was provided by the Armenian Ministry of Emergency Situations. A firefighting and rescue team from the regional rescue department has been dispatched to the scene. It has been determined that during the work at the facility of 'Universal Expert' LLC, a landslide took place, and the mudslide fell onto a Howo truck (driver: A. Kh.) and a CAT excavator (driver: G. M.). There were no casualties among the operators.

The rescuers have cordoned off the area.
