«Iravunk» newspaper reports: It has already been the 5th day since there has been any humanitarian cargo transfer to Artsakh. According to information from 'Iravunk', a humanitarian disaster has also knocked on the door of the Russian peacekeepers. They too are deprived of food.

Of course, the supplies are sufficient, and the people of Artsakh have not been left to starve, but it is difficult to say how long they can withstand this situation.

The Azerbaijani side has notably suggested that Russian peacekeepers can procure as much food as they want from Agdam, which is under their control.
