Hail Falls in Goris

Pictures have been posted on the Facebook group "Our Goris," showing the heavy hail that fell in Goris on June 15. It is noted that the emergency services reported that hail and torrential rain occurred in the communities of Shamb, Darbas, Lor, Shenatagh, Vorotanavan, and Getatag from 15:00 to 15:40.

In the village of Darbas, floodwaters filled a barn, resulting in the loss of 16 lambs and 50 chickens, and damaging crops. In the village of Lor, the heavy rainfall washed away a concrete bridge (7 x 5 m) and a "VAZ-21099" brand vehicle.
