Former U.S. President Donald Trump has been released from a Miami court without any restrictions. According to The New York Times, it was determined that the former president is not likely to flee.

The judge's decision also applies to Trump’s former aide, Walt Nauta. According to the ruling, the former president can now freely continue his campaign and meet with supporters across the states.

It is noted that Trump was detained to face charges but was not put in handcuffs. The detention was lifted after he declared his innocence, and the judge decided that there was no need to keep him in custody.

As a reminder, former President Donald Trump has been faced with 38 counts related to the handling of classified documents. He has maintained his innocence and pointed out that 1,850 boxes of classified documents were discovered in the office and home of current President Joe Biden, which had been stored there for many years.
