VIDEO: Wildfires Rage in Kazakhstan, Leaving 15 Dead from Smoke

Wildfires continue to rage in the Abay region of eastern Kazakhstan, with 15 people reported dead from the fire and smoke. Authorities are urging residents to stay indoors, especially those with respiratory issues.

The affected area spans over 60,000 hectares. A total of 922 personnel, nearly 2,000 units of equipment, and 8 helicopters have been dispatched to extinguish the blaze.

It is important to note that forest fires have been ongoing for several days along the border with Russia and Kazakhstan.
