Video: Anomalous Rains in Ankara

Several neighborhoods in Ankara have been flooded due to torrential rains. It is known that these anomalous rains were short-lived but very intense. In certain areas of the Turkish capital, water has filled metro stations and shopping centers, and rescuers have assisted drivers in getting out of their vehicles.
