Video: Man Offers Marijuana to Police in Kyiv

In Kyiv, on Shukhevych Avenue, a passerby approached police officers to  "treat" them with drugs. Following this, he was taken into custody. This was reported by the Kyiv patrol police.

According to korrespondent.net, the police were detaining a driver for violating traffic rules when a man approached them and offered marijuana.

“The officers were surprised and asked the man if he really possessed prohibited substances, to which he responded by pulling out a package containing a plant-like material resembling cannabis from his pocket,” the report states.

After that, the offender was taken into custody.
