Video: Factory Producing Agricultural Equipment Burns in Russia
A factory producing agricultural equipment, "Rosstelmash," is burning in Rostov-on-Don, Russia. Eyewitnesses are complaining about the sharp smell of smoke. It has been reported that the cause is likely the burning of tires.
As of now, there are no reports of possible casualties.
