The Ministry of Internal Affairs reported that two guests, from Rostov and Krasnodar, had an argument. During the dispute, the Rostov resident drew a pistol and fired at the citizen who had come from Krasnodar. The man was shot in the hand.

According to a witness of the altercation, as a result of the shooting, the man lost two fingers. The police detained the shooter. It was revealed that the weapon was legally owned by him.
