Alen Simonyan Addresses the Unemployed, Envious, and Unseen People

Alen Simonyan has responded to media reports claiming that the Speaker of the National Assembly, Alen Simonyan, is constantly traveling on official business with his wife. He wrote on his Facebook page:

“Yes, life is bustling in London, while for some, it’s just bile. Especially for all those unemployed, envious, and unseen people who have decided to discuss how I walked in London, how I took photos with my family members, and how I took the metro. Rest assured, my family and I used to travel around the world much more frequently, regrettably, before 2018 than we do now. As for doing this at the state's expense, I must say that it is not appropriate to operate by one's own standards in that regard either: my family members have not purchased and do not purchase plane or metro tickets at the expense of the state and taxpayers.”

According to reports circulating in the media, the Speaker of the National Assembly, Alen Simonyan, is constantly traveling on official business with his wife.
