VIDEO: Member of the CPP Discusses How He Removed a 7-Year-Old Artsakh Boy from a Car 'in Rags'

According to local villagers, Suren Torosyan, the head of the water supply department in Aragatsavan, had previously been involved in similar incidents where he allegedly assaulted a minor. Torosyan shared details about the incident on his Facebook page: "I was driving to Talin city when a child was standing by the road, waving his hand. I stopped my car. I asked the boy where he was going, and he said he was going to Talin for football, speaking with a bit of an accent."

The boy responded that he had come from Artsakh and mentioned that 'traitor Nikol' had given away the land and was planning to give away Yerevan. "I have got all the details about this child’s family; they work in the local government. I will deal with them on Monday," he stated.

It is worth noting that Suren Torosyan, a member of the CPP and head of water supply in the enlarged community of Aragatsavan, allegedly assaulted 18-year-old local resident Armen Sahakyan, who is diagnosed with epilepsy. This incident has sparked anger among the residents of Aragatsavan, leading them to block the Gyumri-Yerevan highway. More details can be found in the video.
