Lukashenko Reveals Why Ukraine Interests the West

Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko has stated that Western countries are using Ukraine to "crush Russia." This was reported by TASS.

"The West clings to Ukraine like iron and concrete in order to crush Russia and trample their feet on it," Lukashenko said during a meeting with secretaries of security councils from the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) countries.

He emphasized that he does not believe in such a scenario, as neither Belarus nor Russia will kneel, hence negotiations must take place now.

Lukashenko also mentioned that the cause of the Ukrainian conflict stems from the United States' desire to separate Europe and Russia from Belarus.
