Shooting at Graduation Ceremony in Virginia: 2 Dead, 5 Injured

A shooting occurred during a graduation ceremony at one of the high schools in Richmond, Virginia, resulting in 2 fatalities and 5 injuries. This was reported by CNN, noting that the incident took place on the evening of June 6.

According to police, several other individuals were injured while fleeing the gunfire in Monroe Park, Richmond. Among the injured is a 9-year-old girl who was struck by a vehicle. One of the victims was an 18-year-old graduate, while the other was a 36-year-old man who attended the ceremony. Initially, police arrested two people, but it later emerged that one of them had no connection to the incident. The suspect is a 19-year-old male. After the shooting, officers seized several firearms.
