Azerbaijan Provides Information to ECHR Regarding Two Armenian Soldiers

Today, we received information from the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) regarding two Armenian soldiers presented by Azerbaijan, including medical documents and details about their conditions of detention. This was announced by the office of the Republic of Armenia's representative on international legal matters.

The Republic of Armenia will present its position on the information and documents provided by Azerbaijan within the timeline set by the European Court, by June 16 of this year.

It is noted that the Armenian Ministry of Defense reported the disappearance of two servicemen on May 26. It later became known that an armed group from the Azerbaijani Armed Forces entered the territory of Armenia and abducted servicemen Harutyun Hovakimyan and Karen Ghazaryan.
