The Issue of Enclaves Has Not Been Discussed, Says Deputy Prime Minister's Office
The Armenian-Azerbaijani border delimitation commission has not discussed the issue of enclaves. This was stated by the office of the commission's chairman, Deputy Prime Minister Mher Grigoryan, in response to a query from Sputnik Armenia.
Earlier, Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan had announced that the issue of enclaves should be addressed by the delimitation commission.
"No, the issue has not been discussed," the office confirmed.
Previously, Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan stated that he recognizes Azerbaijan's territorial integrity of 86,600 square kilometers, which includes both Nagorno-Karabakh and the enclaves of Soviet Azerbaijan.
