PHOTOS: Physical Fitness Levels of Participants in the 'Defender of the Fatherland' Program Assessed
As part of the certification process for servicemen, the individual physical fitness levels of participants in the 'Defender of the Fatherland' program were assessed at military training centers on June 6, as reported by the Ministry of Defense of Armenia.
The servicemen completed standards that included pull-ups, a 100-meter dash, and a 3-kilometer run. Considering the intense focus on enhancing the physical fitness and endurance of personnel during the training phase, the requirements of this exam stage have generally been met by the servicemen without difficulties.
The active testing phase is ongoing, with fire and specialized training assessments ahead.
