Map Posted at Republic Square Metro Station Draws Attention from Turkish Media

Turkish media outlets have been reporting for several days on the update of the Great Armenia map displayed at the Republic Square station of Yerevan's metro, which is now also shown on a LED screen. This information is reported by Ermenihaber.

The publications are based on a tweet by Azerbaijan's ambassador to Berlin, Nasimi Aghayev, who mentions that the map supposedly expresses "Armenia's territorial claims against its neighbors." Turkish media coverage has described the historical map of Great Armenia as "scandalous" and "provocative."
