Arsen Torosyan Addresses Contents of First Aid Kits in Vehicles

National Assembly member Arsen Torosyan has addressed the issue of the contents of first aid kits found in vehicles on his Facebook page. He stated, 'Recently, while discussing road safety issues, our citizens raised various questions regarding traffic rules. I have reached out to the Ministers of Internal Affairs and Health regarding two of these questions: one pertains to the installation of non-factory light bars on vehicles that blind other drivers and create hazardous situations, and the other concerns the contents of first aid kits in vehicles. I am attaching the letters sent to the ministers to this post and will provide further updates on the developments.'
