In Voronezh, Russia, streets have been flooded due to heavy rainfall, with not only people but also vehicles 'swimming' through the water. This has been reported by the Readovka Telegram channel.

The torrential rain has turned roads in Voronezh into actual rivers and lakes, while the city's sewage systems are unable to cope with the deluge. Footage captured by eyewitnesses shows that cars and the entire public transport system are literally drowning on the highways.
