Surens Papikyan and Colin Kahl Held a Phone Conversation
On June 2, Armenian Minister of Defense Suren Papikyan had a phone conversation with U.S. Under Secretary of Defense for Policy Colin Kahl.
The discussion addressed several issues related to Armenian-Azerbaijani border security and regional safety.
They also reviewed the progress of agreements reached during Minister Papikyan's working visit to the U.S. in September 2022, which focused on the development of Armenian-American defense cooperation.
