Eco-activist Suffocated by Aghunik Complains that Aliyev Allocated Little Money, Expert Says
Armenian expert Garnik Davtyan wrote on his Facebook page: “The eco-activist who was suffocated by Aghunik, clad in a natural fur coat at the Shushi intersection, has received less funding than promised by Aliyev. “In his interview, he mentioned that he was promised a project of 15,000 manats, but he hasn't received it. Only 6,000 manats were allocated for a documentary film about the martyrdom in Shushi. According to him, this 6,000 is an insult.”
It is evident that the illegal blockade at the Shushi intersection had state funding—one person receives a good position, while another gets 15,000 manats (9,000 dollars).” Earlier, we noted that in recent days, a number of public organizations' representatives had actively discussed protests funded by the state against the administration of Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev on social media in the Azerbaijani domain.
