Biden Reveals the One Sacred Duty of Every American

President Joe Biden has stated that Americans have only one truly sacred duty: to prepare their military and take care of themselves and their families. According to him, the American nation has many responsibilities, but only one is truly sacred.

“Prepare those we send into battle, care for their families and for them when they come home and when they do not return,” Biden said during a wreath-laying ceremony at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier in Arlington. He emphasized that there is nothing “more important, more sacred, more American.”
