Why Ashot Pashinyan Jumped Out of the Car: New Details

Ashot Pashinyan unexpectedly exited the vehicle for Gayane. This was announced today during a press conference by one of Gayane Hakobyan's new lawyers, Hovsep Sargsyan.

"The car was almost at a standstill. Yes, it was in motion, but it had come to a near stop. It was moving very slowly at that time when Ashot Pashinyan exited. He further added that the prosecuting body does not lack sufficient evidence, but rather that the crime composition is completely absent here.

"If you intend to abduct a person, it does not manifest only indirectly, but rather it manifests exclusively through direct intent," Sargsyan stated.

It is noteworthy that today, Ashot Pashinyan and Gayane Hakobyan, the mother of the fallen serviceman, held a press conference with their new lawyers, Hovsep Sargsyan, Georgi Melikyan, and Varduhi Elbakyan.
