VIDEO: Kosovars of Albanian descent seize regional administrations under the cover of NATO forces

Kosovo's Albanians have seized the municipal administrations of the northern regions under the cover of NATO forces, despite resistance from local Serbs. This was reported by the Readovka Telegram channel.

NATO contingent forces in Kosovo have blocked the entrances to the administrative buildings of the municipalities of Zvecan, Leposavic, and Zubin Potok, allowing Kosovo's Albanians to freely capture the administrations. Local Serbs are staging mass protests in front of the cordons.

In a statement following a meeting of Serbia's Security Council, it was stated that NATO forces, despite their obligations, have ignored the aggression of Kosovo's security forces and have not prevented attempts by the self-proclaimed authorities in Pristina to establish control over the area.

Earlier, Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic stated that tensions are escalating in Kosovo as Albanian Prime Minister Albin Kurti seeks to destabilize the situation in the region and acts unilaterally.
