VIDEO: How Ashot Pashinyan Gets into a Car

The Armenian Criminal Code's Article 191 (on kidnapping) provides for liability for abducting an individual. This was stated by lawyer Vahan Hovhannisyan on his Facebook page:

1. Against their will
2. Or disregarding their will
3. Or using their helpless condition.

The video presented below refutes the existence of a criminal act. More on this later.

It should be noted that today, at around 15:00, Haykakan Zhamanak reported that, according to their information, an attempt was made to kidnap Ashot Pashinyan, the son of Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, near his home.
