Turkey's Electoral Authority Officially Confirms Erdogan's Victory
Turkey's Electoral Commission has confirmed President Erdogan's victory in the presidential elections. The head of Turkey's Electoral Authority, Ahmet Yener, announced that after processing 99.75% of the ballots, Erdogan received 52.1% of the votes, thus securing re-election for another term.
His opponent, opposition leader Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu, gathered 47.9% of the votes.
