Let us recall that May 28 marks the Day of the First Republic of Armenia. On May 28, 1918, following the collapse of the Transcaucasian Democratic Federative Republic in Tbilisi, the Armenian Republic (Republic of Armenia) was proclaimed by the 'Armenian National Council.'
