VIDEO: "If only it were a speech, all issues would be solved by now" - Pashinyan in Zartonk village

After the opening ceremony of a newly built kindergarten in Zartonk village of the Armavir region, the Prime Minister had a brief conversation with the residents gathered in the yard. One of the pensioners addressed Pashinyan, saying, "Congratulations on your speech, well done. The future you speak of exists; therefore, it will happen." Pashinyan responded, "The trouble is that it’s not just about speeches. If it were just about speeches, all issues would have been resolved by now."

The citizen was likely referring to the Prime Minister's speech at the Eurasian Economic Union’s Supreme Council meeting in Moscow.
