Tensions Rise at a Polling Station in Turkey

Tensions have escalated: In the Turkish village of Chavushlu in the Midyat district of Mardin, residents engaged in a brawl at a polling station during voting.

Local media reports that in the Yaz-Deka region of Şanlıurfa, gunfire occurred between observers and voters.

Brawls were also reported at polling stations in Istanbul and Bursa.
